Whose battle is it?

Today I have battling something that has my heart brewing many things. Have you ever been battling something and you are in the battle and feel so tired you just want to give up? It just seems to take over your whole being. It makes you want to just pull the covers over your head and not come out for weeks,or atleast until the battle is over. As this battle brings fresh and new tears, you know the only safe place to be is on your knees. You know when something is all going wrong, you just want to return home,or atleast to the memories of home, your moms arms around you, your dad telling you its going to be all right, and just the smells and comforts of home. When we are in a battle we sometimes get lost in the meaning of the battle and we stumble with are hurts knocking us down.We seem to take on these battles thinking we can fight them, and we can turn the outcome around. Many times we begin to fight these battles unprepaired. In Ephesians 6:10-20 states;"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.Put on the whole armor of God,that you may be able to withstand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God,that you may be able to withstand in the evil day,and having done all, to stand.Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helment of salvation, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and and supplication for all the saints-and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly,as I ought to speak."This is one of the most powerful verses in the bible for us to follow God's direction and leadership here tells us how to fight the enemy and the darts that are fired at us daily. Some days it can seem like the gunfire just never ends, but we don't have to hide in fear of what is coming. We must prepare ourselves daily, and put on the armor of God, for He and He alone can shield us from the attacks coming at us. A wonderful friend just happend to text me today as I was hurting badly. God knew just what I needed, and He sent His message through my amazing friend. She gave me a verse to read for strengh, it is 2 Chronicles 20:15"And he said, listen, all you of Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, King Jehoshaphat! Thus says the Lord to you;do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God's." Did you catch that? Its not our battle to fight. It belongs to God. He faces our battles for us when we lay them at His feet. He protects us with His strength and love. These battles are mere trials for us to endure while we are here, learning and growing with the Lord. Through our battles others see how we face them and we can be an example for those who are hurting, knowing that with the power of Christ Jesus,we can face anything that comes our way,and face it with our head held high. I have to say, after I read God's word and knew to put on my armor and that it was His battle to fight,I began to feel a peace wash over me like never before. Why do we allow satan to attack us through other people? It is not the person attacking, but the devil attacking through them,so don't give up,know that God is there, and sees those bullets coming, and He will shield us from the firey flames that seem to catch right at our feet and run like a wildfire. God is our protector and our shield, with Him fighting for us,there is no way to lose....
