This is one of those novels that will keep you up late. Once you begin reading a Brandilyn Collins novel you will not be putting it down until you have turned the last page. Her writing is imaginative and pulsating.
I enjoyed reading, Gone To Ground. It was a fast read for me. Brandilyn's words flow easily. She takes off quickly and the ride doesn't slow down. It intensifies as the pages turn.
There have been murders taking place in Amaryllis, Mississippi. Three women, all thinking they know the killer, captivate the reader. A small town has lots of gossip. It's hard to keep things quiet in a town where everyone knows each other. Who do they trust? Can they trust anyone?
I loved how Brandilyn invited us to know these three characters. They each think they know who the killer is, but the fascinating thing is that while they are all assuming they know, the other thinks she knows the truth of who the killer is. They all try to keep secret what they think they know because they are so fearful of being murdered themselves. Okay, I hope that wasn't confusing for you. Lol
This novel is full of suspense. It's an unputdownable for sure! I love escaping with Brandilyn. She's a writer that will definitely take you for a midnight ride!
