God sees you different

Not feeling pretty today? God sees us through His perfect vision. He looks upon  the child He created and sees beauty. Have you ever read Psalm 139? Specifically verses 1-16? As you read through each verse, place your name in the blank and allow the sweet words to wash over you. You are special. You are the only you.  Maybe today you will see yourself as God sees you.  

Psalm 139:1-16 " O, Lord, You have searched ___and known ___. You know ___ sitting down and ___ rising up; You understand ___ thought afar off. You comprehend ___ path and ___lying down, and are acquainted with all ___ ways. For there is not a word on ___ tongue, but behold, O Lord, You know it altogether. You have hedged ___ behind and before, and laid Your hand upon ___. Such knowledge is too wonderful for ___; it is high, ___ cannot attain it. Where can ___flee from Your presence? If ___ ascend into heaven, You are there; If ___ make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. If ___ take the wings of morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall hold ___. If ___ say, 'Surely the darkness shall fall on ___,' even the night shall be light about ___; Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You, But the night shines as the day; The darkness and the light are both alike to You.  For You formed ____ inward parts; You covered ___ in my mother's womb. ___ will praise You, for ___ am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, and that ___ soul knows very well. ___ frame was not hidden from You, when ___ was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw ___ substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for ___, was as yet there were none of them."

You were made with love, perfect love. It is time we stop looking at ourselves through the world's definition of beauty. May we see beauty beginning with the inside continuing to the  outer shell that carries what is most important, our heart. We are God's handiwork. You were created with such thought and wonder. God made you just as you should be. You were made in His image.   He doesn't make junk and ugly is not in His vocabulary. May we learn to love ourselves and most importantly to be who God created us to be. Lets not get lost in comparing ourselves with other women. It is not our jean size or designer label we wear. You are a work of art, a masterpiece, designed by God.

We can never be anywhere He is not. He is there for us in our darkest hour and in those times where joy abounds. His hand is upon us. He knows everything about us. We cannot hide from Him. We are surrounded by His presence and His grace continues to flow like honey. There is nothing sweeter.  He loves us. He simply loves us. That should bring us comfort,  making us feel like the princess we were created to be. We are an heir to His throne. We are Royal Blue Bloods. He is our heritage and our future. With Him all things are possible and nothing is out of reach.
